Joining SIMcredible – How to keep your mobile number

Sign in to your account. You’ll get two text messages – the first letting you know a one-time code is on its way and the second containing the code.
Next, select Transfer number. Here, you’ll then have the option to Bring your number to SIMcrfedible.
There are alternative methods you can use if you prefer.

• Get your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075.
• Contact us

You’ll need to ask your old network for your PAC if you’re switching to SIMcredible and want to keep your mobile number.

Leaving SIMcredible – How to keep your mobile number

We’re sorry to hear that you’re thinking of leaving O2. If you decide to switch to another network, you can take your phone number with you – but you’ll need to request a PAC.
